Top 3 Upcoming Ps4 Exclusive Games
For gamers, the most important difference between the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 is the games. Sure, they have differences in CPU and graphical power, but none of that matters unless it’s used to fuel awesome gaming experiences. To find out which game console is worth your hard-earned money, let’s look at what exclusive titles are in the works for each system. Below are some of the most exciting upcoming PlayStation 4 games you won’t find on any other platform. There’s a lot of great stuff heading our way, although it’s disappointing to see so many games without any indication of when they’re coming out.
1. Dragon Quest Builders
It’s hard to exaggerate the importance of the Dragon Quest franchise in Japan. While it has struck a chord with many Western RPG fans in recent years, thanks to remakes on the Nintendo 3DS and iOS, it has been one of the biggest video game franchises of all time in Japan.
So when Square Enix announced a Minecraft-like take on the colorful fantasy series, people listened. We now know this block-building RPG will launch in Japan on January 28, though no date has been announced for the rest of the world.
2. The Last Guardian
Release Date: December 6, 2016
Even the most diehard fans of Team Ico, the makers of the PS2 masterpieces Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, had lost hope of ever seeing this game come out. First announced in 2009, this game about a boy and his giant pet bird-dog disappeared from view for years and years. It seemed destined to high-profile vaporware.
Until E3 2015, when the game made its glorious return. Now it’s coming to PS4 instead of PS3, but Sony promises it will come out. It’s a line we’ve heard before, but I don’t think Sony would make the same mistake twice.

3. What Remains of Edith Finch
If you’ve played the deeply gorgeous game The Unfinished Swan, then you might have an idea of how creative developer Giant Sparrow can be. But while that game was a unique take on the shooter genre, What Remains of Edith Finch is something else entirely.
The game is set up as a collection of short stories, each one telling of the death of someone in the Finch family. Each story is also told differently, with different graphics and different moods. The developers say they’re shooting to deliver a surreal experience that’s grounded in the real world. Based on the trailer above, it looks like they’re on the right track.
